Affiliation requirements for companies incorporated in the Dominican Republic:
- Membership form.
- Original bank reference letter (Dominican or U.S. banks).
- Copy of the last General Assembly of Shareholders.
- Copy of the last National Taxpayer Registry (RNC).
- Copy of the most recent Company Registry [Registro Mercantil]
- Letter of recommendation from one of the members of AMCHAMDR's board of directors (if not available, you will be contacted to attend an interview).
- Check or bank transfer with the Membership Registration fee.
Membership requirements for foreign companies without physical presence in the Dominican Republic (overseas):
- Membership form.
- Two bank reference letters from the United States.
- Copy of the certificate of incorporation or its equivalent in the Dominican Republic.
- Check or bank transfer with the Membership Registration fee.

Therefore, applications submitted are reviewed by the membership committee or the provincial committee for approval.
