Ramón Ortega is the leading tax and legal partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers Dominican Republic and a renowned speaker on international taxation and accounting. He has 34 years of experience in mergers, capital restructuring, and tax consulting for local corporations, branches, and subsidiaries of multinational corporations.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Postgraduate Degree in Tax Management from the Universidad Castilla - La Mancha in Spain, in addition to specialized studies at the Financial Industry Practice, PwC Tax Symposiums, and the Harvard Kennedy School.
