William Malamud joined the American Chamber of Commerce of the Dominican Republic in 1998. As executive vice president of AMCHAMDR, he is responsible for the day-to-day operations of one of the largest business organizations in the Dominican Republic, representing more than 1,600 corporations.
William Malamud joined the American Chamber of Commerce of the Dominican Republic in 1998. As executive vice president of AMCHAMDR, he is responsible for the day-to-day operations of one of the largest business organizations in the Dominican Republic, representing more than 1,600 corporations.
Under his leadership, AMCHAMDR has focused on connecting its members with business opportunities and promoting public policy to encourage trade and investment between the Dominican Republic and the United States.
He graduated with a degree in Political Science and International Studies from Dickinson College in Pennsylvania and earned a master’s in business administration with a concentration in International Management from Thunderbird University in Phoenix, Arizona.
